Rated 5 out of 5 by Wasn't to shure but worked great! I had gotten my little kitten Garfield free from a barn and when I brought him home he was infested with fleas and worms of some sort he slept all day and was skinny other then his pot belly. So I went to Walmart and got some of this to try befor going to the vet if necessary and really works I gave him first dose befor bed and in the morning he passed the round worms! He passed them for a few days then he has been clean ever since ! Now I did get worried when my kittens diarrhea was pretty constant but nothing to run to the vet for took about a week or so and cleared right up just make shure ur kitty is drinking lots of water with having the diarrhea! Love the product! November 13, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Deceptive There are two seperate dewormers sold: one for cats and one for dogs. However, the ingredients appear to be identical. Of course, dosages are going to be much greater in many dog breeds, so this may explain why they opted to go for seperate bottles. The label does state that it's for roundworms, but should also mention (I mean, the maker is a vet, right?) that people shouldn't blindly deworm their animals unless they are 100% certain there is a worm problem. They should also be warned that it's highly likely that a dog who has been eating garbage or feces and a cat who's been living outdoors and eating rodents or drinking water from stagnant creeks is also VERY likely to have other worms or parasites such as coccidia, which are harder to eradicate and more dangerous. Additionally, all outdoor animals have fleas. Fleas carry tapeworm larvae, and tapeworms cause diarrhea. Those are the "rice-like" worms that you see in feces, or they look like sesame seeds when dried up. July 9, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Used many times, cats still have worms! My parents used this on their cats and they gave me what's left. However, for some reason, it doesn't work on my cats. I used the formula as directed, yet my cats still have worms! I've tried it day one, then day 14. Yet they still had worms. I wasn't able to give them any more for a while due to being busy. I tried a few months later again, same issue. A few months later I figured it wouldn't hurt so I tried again. As before, I gave them a dose at day one, then day 14. In addition, I administered another dose after 30 days as well as another dose after 30 days later... They still have worms! August 9, 2012

Cats and kittens (6 weeks or older):
1/4 tsp per 2.5 lbs of body weight.  After initial dose on day one, do not administer again until day 14.  On day 14, repeat initial dose.  Then administer every 30 days to prevent reinfestation.  Treatment should be given shortly after pet has eaten or with food.  Dosage may be fed directly or added to food.  For multiple pet households, administer orally to individual cat or kitten to ensure proper dosage.

Warnings: Do not worm a puppy under 6 weeks of age. Never worm a sik puppy or dog. Consult your veterinarian in the diagnosis, treatment and control of parasitism.
